I’ve posted a few shots from these gardens, but can’t seem to walk past without going in and getting trigger happy. It’s humpday and it’s already been a crazy week, but today the sun’s out and I’m looking forward to a chilled afternoon.

On the side of the Palace of Westminster you find this. The clock Tower, more commonly known as the Big Ben (which I think actually refers to the bell inside the tower) This shot was taken quite some time ago, and I never really liked it (until late last night)

Happy Friday, The sun made a brief appearance this morning and it looks like the weather could be good today. Fingers crossed it stays like this for the weekend. Have a good one.

Last week I posted a similar shot to this, just about 15 metres to the right of where I took this one. I originally preferred the first shot, but after processing I changed my mind. The weather this week has been persistent, raining everyday and I haven’t managed to get out with my camera as a result, it doesn’t look like it’s going to change for a while with severe weather warnings in place. So hopefully I’ll have enough images to take me through until the suns out again.

So, as I headed out from the stairs I was confronted with this, The Royal exchange, it was just after the sun had gone down, and I really liked the colour of the sky, I have a shot of this previously but wasn’t too happy with it so I was glad I went back. This part of the city is usually packed with people on their daily hustle, but on a Sunday evening the streets are more or less empty.
